From December 10, 2024, Tobu Railway Group began selling its Nikko Pass all area at the front desk of both the Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel and the AC Hotel Tokyo Ginza by Marriott. By selling the pass in the center of Tokyo, Tobu Railway aims to promote the purchase of the Nikko Pass to foreign tourists staying in central Tokyo.

The theme of this year's winter light display is "Where Tradition Meets Innovation." It's being held in East Tokyo, from Asakusa in Taito Ward to TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN in Sumida Ward, November 10-February 15.

In addition to the previous year's illumination at TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN, TOKYO mizumachi and SUMIDA RIVER WALK, Tobu Railroad will further enhance the appeal of the area through new partnerships with Ushijima Shrine and Sumida Ward.

In Japan's Nikko and Kinugawa-onsen areas, 2 Hours North of Tokyo along the Tobu Railway Nikko and Kinugawa Lines, Special Moon-Viewing Festivities with Autumn Light-ups will be held from September to November.

There is a Japanese expression Aki no Yonaga, which literally means "long autumn night." This year, despite Covid-19, two popular, annual, celebratory light-up events, illuminating the autumn night, will be held in the Nikko-Kinugawa area, along Tobu Railway's Nikko and Kinugawa Lines.
