From December 10, 2024, Tobu Railway Group began selling its Nikko Pass all area at the front desk of both the Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel and the AC Hotel Tokyo Ginza by Marriott. By selling the pass in the center of Tokyo, Tobu Railway aims to promote the purchase of the Nikko Pass to foreign tourists staying in central Tokyo.

Japan's Tobu Railway Begins Selling Mobile Version of NIKKO PASS via Klook

On January 3, Japan's Tobu Railway began selling a mobile version of the NIKKO PASS (https://www.tobu.co.jp/en/ticket/nikko/all.html) to foreign tourists via Klook, an online travel agency. With this service, visitors simply show their smartphone screens to station staff. There is no need to present a paper ticket at designated locations, as was previously required.
