All Aboard the Fastest Train in India

We left our B&B so early this morning that we missed the second B. We got across Delhi with no traffic in sight until we got within a block of the train station. Then the throngs appeared. Everyone was honking horns, and there were a thousand people carrying huge bags, balancing bags on their heads and pushing and swarming across the street all trying to be the first lemming into the train station. It took thirty minutes to cover the last block

The Wines of California's Santa Rita Hills

9008600293?profile=originalOoh, ooh, ooh -- how I love discovering underappreciated wine regions.  The next best one just might be (it certainly gets my vote)Santa Barbara County’s Santa Rita Hills. Located about 30 minutes from Santa Barbara, think Highway 246 off the 101 Freeway and the cities of Buellton, Lompoc and Los Olivos.  Total acreage is 30,720 acres.  About 2,500 acres are planted in wine grapes. The appellation is spelled Sta. Rita Hills on the  wine labels so as not to step on the toes of the Santa Rita wine

About Indonesia, if you want to visit here

Indonesia is The world’s fourth most populace country – 245 million and counting – is a sultry kaleidoscope that runs along the equator for 5000km. It may well be the last great adventure on earth. "We just wanted to get out of the rat race and be closer to nature," Kritzinger said.

Does Twitter Make You Paranoid?

9008802257?profile=original

Someone in my home feed on Twitter only posted the number of followers he/she gained. And the number of followers he/she lost. Every day

The steady drumbeat of the daily report fascinated me: I wanted to know why these followers came on board or jumped ship.
I wanted to know why they followed and unfollowed this rather humorous, clever person.

Then of course I started seriously to wonder the same ab

El pasado 24 de abril fue publicada en el diario oficial La Gaceta la nueva Ley de Conservación de Vida Silvestre. Con ella se declaró ilegal y penalizada la cacería deportiva en el país.
