Regarding selling a property with only 10 years on the trust. Shouldn't be a problem as upon the sale of the property a new fedicomiso is issued which is in the new owners name and a new trust is formed for whatever the time would according to Mexican law 40 years from now.
No, Zé has not yet been in long flights, up to now he only tavelled by car (max. 3 hour ride) to my mom's house!
