Going batty in Zambia´s Kasanka National Park

Just 150 square mile (390 square kilometers), Kasanka is an 8½-hour drive from Lusaka and is home to diverse wildlife including elephants, hippos, and more than 470 bird species. But it´s perhaps most famous for the world´s single largest mammal migration: that of millions of fruit bats, which at dawn and dusk fill the skies most impressively from October through December.
