  • Hi, I had founded and ran an International club in Tampa, Fl for 5 years, back in 1990- new at your site, so don't know exactly how, but would like to contact your leadership- I have half of a historic dowtown in a 100 person Mark Twain type Mississippi River town in a very beautiful area of SW Wisc(in the dirftless area- looks like the Rhine river valley without the castles) and would like to possibly do a Tripatini, very low cost Summer camp/retreat center, But would need some help setting it up as a non profit organization and restoring the 1880's- 1901 buildings. My direct email is sedbrookgr@ yahoo.com cell 608 732 8243 (USA) This is near where Joliet and Marquette 1st entered and saw the Mississippi - Taliesen East, a number of authentic US ethnic villages- Cornish, Swiss, Norwegian, etc. Lots of other subtle amazing resources. Thanks, Greg Sedbrook
  • Hello, I´m impressed to see you online at half past six on a Sunday morning. I´m a volunteer. What´s your excuse?!
  • Hi. Even if i join the groups, i'm still not clear on how this would benefit me. As a policy, we do not take "press trips" or subsidized travel so that is of no interest. Can you explain? Thanks.
  • Thank you, Alan. I'll join those groups and let people know about this site.
  • I'll check it out. Send me your blogging guidelines. Hope it's a good group.

I'm a proud new author, by the way. My book, BACKROADS & BYWAYS OF ARIZONA, was just released this week. If any travel journalists out there would like to review it for publication, please let me know. I can ask my publisher to send you a copy. It's a fun book, all my photos, great trips included.
  • Please let me know about your blogging/guidelines. And it's M I R A --
like MIRA-MIRA on the wall. Thank you.
  • Thanks for the suggestion - I just added a general comment referencing the site.
  • All related to and the result of my travels to luxury resorts, hotels and spas.

  • Hi David, sorry I haven't been in touch. I'm trying to clear my deadlines before my vacation to New Mexico this Tues., & got slammed w/2 rush assignments from NY Daily News travel ed Rob Dominguez. (Do you know him? He's great--never loses his cool. Should l invite him to go-lo?) So I haven't been able to update & file any content for you. I'll have time to do this while in the Roadrunner State, & can also prepare an original piece on a New Mex destination I just arranged to visit--Acoma Pueblo, aka "Sky City," the oldest continually occupied town in the U.S. It is spectacularly situated on a towering mesa, & is filled with artisans who create the coveted black-and-white Acoma pottery. Anyway, better get back to work, Today's task: locating MIA publicists I desperately need info from. Perhaps an elite cadre of Miami airport drug dogs could be retrained to sniff out flacks in hiding. Talk soon, KT
