Seeking Hotel to Review in Istanbul 9/9-10/2025

I am looking for an upscale hotel in ISTANBUL open to hosting journalists in exchange for coverage on September 9 and 10, as well as recommendations for food tours. I will be happy to provide sample articles from the magazines I am working with. I am wrapping a press trip on the 9th, scheduled to leave the 10th, and may be able to move my return to the 11th.
