Visitors to Fez and other Moroccan cities should definitely seek to stay at riads, traditional townhouses converted into hotels. This one, on the edge of the medina, is called the Riad Eleganza, and it was a lovely experience, complete with a delicious dinner prepared by the innkeeper´s wife.
