Marhaba! Exotic yet not intimidating, this North African kingdom just knocks our socks off with its ancient, labyrinthine "imperial cities" such as Fez, Marrakesh, Rabat, and Meknes; its beautiful beaches; its Sahara desertscapes; and its scrumptious cuisine. Maroc, c'est magnifique!

Chuffed by Chefchaouen, Morocco's 'Blue City'

Blue skies, blue seas...this is a colour which we associate with open spaces, freedom, expansiveness, and inspiration. And a number of local companies have joined the cooking schools trend to offer visitors the opportunity to learn how to prepare these delicacies in situ, and bring that knowledge back home with them. One blog recently focused on five of them: https://www.luxurytraveldiary.com/2022/05/top-5-best-cookery-school...
