Santuary Belize

Our family has been considering purchasing property in Belize for vacations and a possible retirement home.  I have been researching Sanctuary among other developments and individual properties.  We were planning a tour of Sanctuary this fall; however, Victor explained that the tour is not the time to gather information about the development but the time to purchase.  He indicated that all of my research should be completed prior to my arrival for the tour.  Has anyone else had this experience?

Many people outside of the tourism industry tend to think of tourism and travel as an ongoing never-ending party. Yet anyone who has ever worked in the world’s largest peacetime industry knows that travel and tourism professionals spend long hours at work and that travel and tourism works to a great extent like any other large corporation.  Just as in other businesses tourism and travel professionals need to deal with budgets, have to justify lost opportunities and must overcome the issue of spo

At 370 meters (1,214 feet) above sea level, the Chalbi desert is located in northern Kenya, east of Lake Turkana, (otherwise called the Jade sea), the largest permanent desert lake in the world.  Chalbi in the local Gabbra language means "bare and salty."
