The Everest base camp is located at the bottom of the Changatse, Khumbutse, Lingtren, Lola, and Nuptse mountains. You can reach this place with a two to two and a half hours hike from Gorakshep. You can reach the Everest base camp during a 12-day Everest base camp trek, 9-day Everest base camp trek, Everest high passes trek, and Everest base camp Gokyo lakes trek. You can see lots of colorful tents for the Everest climbers at the base camp in spring.
