The Everest base camp helicopter return trek is a short base camp trekking itinerary. It is a 9-day trip from Kathmandu to Kathmandu. You trek 8 days towards the base camp taking 2 rest days for acclimatization on the way up, and then fly back from Gorakshep on a helicopter after the Kalapatthar hike direct to Kathmandu. You can see this beautiful Amadablam mountain along the Everest base camp trek, Everest base camp Gokyo lakes trek, Renjo la pass trek, and the Everest view trek. You feel like you are higher than this mountain while you are on the Everest high passes trek in the Everest region.
