Hi david:
My dinner with Bocuse brought to mind my own dinner (and subsequent review) with Bocuse over 30 years ago. Did I have the same Truffle Soup sealed with Pate Feuilletee? Maybe, and yes, it was fabulous then. Bocuse may seem a bit ossified, but he was the first EMPEREUR of the now, dime-a-dozen, "superstar" chefs. L'ambiance et le decor n'etaient pas mal non plus. Merci for the flavorful memories!
Bon appetit,

Hi DPA -- I had no idea about this site - and found it by accident this morning - it's super-cool and so informative! And, the best part - I found you again, too!
All good here in Waikiki with our Segway of Hawaii tours. We've also expanded to the Windward site of Oahu in Kailua - offering some Lanikai tours and Kaiwainui Marsh tours that are really neat. We're getting amazing reviews on TripAdvisor too....and, we've improved our own website significantly: www.segwayofhawaii.com
AND - we are getting ready to open up at the Botanical World - formerly, World Botanical Gardens, about 16 miles north of Hilo. They offer 7 Zip Lines and soon, you'll be able to 'fly through the canopies' and 'glide on the trails' on Segway's throughout their 300+ acres on the back slopes of Mauna Kea with views that can't be beat.
On your next visit to Hawaii - we'll have to get you out.
So glad we are connected again - I hope I'll be seeing/meeting you very soon.
Warmest Aloha,
Jeanne
