I took in sweeping panoramas over the harbor, much of the city, and surrounding lands and waters after taking this railway up to a lookout point in one of the surrounding hills. The hilltop has hiking trails - and of course the inevitable souvenir and snack shops - but boy, was it crowded when I was up there in summertime.
