Part of Christ Church Cathedral (aka Synod Hall), this museum focuses on Dublin´s medieval history dating back to its founding by Vikings in the 10th century. Besides instructive exhibits about and recreations of life and events back then, it also features historical reenactment, with costumed actors playing the roles of Vikings and Medieval Dubliners and encourages visitors to join in. I learned a lot!
