Time and again visitors will find themselves treading the mile-and-a-quarter length of the town´s main drag (aka Calle Real), dating back to the 14th century and connecting Casemates and John McIntosh Squares. The shops are mostly a mix of tourist tat, international brands, and "duty-free" type wares such as alcohol and tobacco (meaning, personally, not all that interesting).
