Penguins are far from the only wildlife - cute or otherwise - on this frozen continent. It´s also home to a half dozen species of seals adapted to the extreme cold, and can be seen lounging on ice floes and beaches: the Antarctic fur seal, the crabeater seal, the leopard seal, the Ross seal, the souther elephant seal, and the Weddell seal (picture here).
