Stacey,
Wouldn't the plug availability be more up to the airline? Air Canada has plugs in all rows of the planes they fly internationally, but then they also have a much better entertainment package, with each seat having its own TV and a choice of movies, television programs, games and music.
Love my Acer Aspire One Pro - upgraded to a longer-life battery when I purchased it. Battery life 6 hours plus. Fits very nicely on airplane drop-down tray. Lighter than my laptop to carry while backpacking. Only drawback, the touch pad is very small so my thumb and pointer finger get cramped. Could get a mouse, but no where to use mouse inflight.
QUESTION: Is there a place on a 747 20 hour flight to New Zealand where I can charge up my 6-hour battery? SeatGuru says no plug-in in Economy... ;o(
Hi Susan,
Unfortunately, I'm no help on the Windows 7 cloud because, like Allan, I'm a Mac person. I do know that the 2GB of free storage that comes with Dropbox isn't sufficient if you have a lot of high-res photos--I found that out when I tried to upload a bunch and quickly ran out of space. You can buy more room, up to 100GB, I think, which would suffice. The Windows 7 cloud may have the same issues/solution.
