The friendly, liberal, Scandinavian-influenced "Land of 10,000 Lakes" is also home to some pretty good urban culture (especially in the Twin Cities, Minneapolis and St. Paul) - and of course the Mall of America, the country's largest.

Read more…It was the huge, green polka-dotted frog that caught our attention.Then we noticed a 12-foot tall stack of old radios and more funky-looking metal and wood sculptures that we couldn’t really identify. What is this place?
