Road Trip is the most preferred way to reach Kedarnath and is easily available. The main departing cities are Haridwar and Dehradun to begin the journey. 

To take a road trip, you have many choices such as bus, private vehicle or self-drive car. You can choose as per group size and requirements. 

Bus: Government and private buses operate from Delhi ISBT to Haridwar/Rishikesh (₹350-800). From there, take buses or shared taxis to Sonprayag/Gaurikund.
