Inca Trail partly by bike. 

If you want to do the Inca Trail, see Machu Picchu, and like biking, this is for you. This Inca Jungle tour goes on an alternative Inca Trail path, and is partly done by bike, and partly on foot.  The trail ends at Machu Picchu, where you will have a guided tour of the ”Lost city of the Incas”.  You can also climb Huayna Picchu (the mountain you usually see in pictures of Machu Picchu) if you ask in advance. The Inti Raymi is a festival held every year in Cusco. 

The Incas, like many other indigenous peoples around the world,  worshiped the sun, and every 24th of June they held the ”Inti Raymi”, which means ”sun party” in Quechua.  It starts at the temple of the sun, and goes to the main square.  It finishes at Sacsayhuamán. Sacrifices were made during the event. This was done in Inca Times but ended after the empire collapsed. Some people in Cuzco started it again in the 1940′s.  It is now held ever

Maras and Moray are located in the Sacred Valley. See our tour here.

Maras is home to salt mines that have been in use since Inca times, and Moray is home to circular terraces that are thought to have been used as an experimental center by the Incas. This half day tour can be combined with the Machu Picchu tours. It includes Maras and Moray, and you will be able to see snow-capped mountains, fields and traditional villages during the tour.

The Inca Trail is great for people with energy and a sense of adventure, and who want to see Machu Picchu.  The trail involves a lot of walking, and ends at Machu Picchu, where you will have a guided tour.  You will be able to see some other Inca ruins along the trail, and enjoy beautiful views of the Andes Mountains.  This is a 4 day tour, but we also offer shorter versions of the Inca Trail if you do not have that much time or if you want to

2 Day shorter version of the Inca Trail. 

If you do not have the time for the Classic Inca Trail, or simply do not want to spend 4 days on the trail, this is for you! This is a shorter version of the trail and is done in 2 days and 1 night.  You will be able to see some Inca ruins along the trail, and the trail ends at Machu Picchu, where you will have a guided tour. You will also be able to see Aguas Calientes during this tour. this tour allows you to see most of the same things that you can see

Aguas Calientes is the town next to Machu Picchu.  Our tour includes both Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. 

Come and see for yourself the Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu.  This also lets you see Aguas Calientes, also known as ”Machu Picchu town”, which is located next to Machu Picchu. This 2 day tour of Machu Picchu by train is great for people who don’t have time for a regular tour (which is longer with visits to more destinations in Peru) or who wish to spend more time in Cuzco or somewhe

The Sacred Valley is between Cusco and Machu Picchu. 

The following 1 day tour of the Sacred Valley is great for people who want to see the Valley but do not have enough time for a longer tour.  Even though this tour is only for 1 day, you will still be able to see the most important sites in the Valley like Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, and Pisaq. the tour will start and end in Cuzco. Cusco was the capital of the Inca Empire. It has much history from Inca and Colonial times. Our tour allows you to see the city and the sites there.  

The city is located in the Andes Mountains of southern Peru. The city was built in the shape of a puma, the puma’s head being Sacsayhuaman.  During colonial times, many new buildings were built here, often over Inca sites.  Many Inca sites still exist here, and during this half day tour of the city you will see interesting attractions from Inca tim

There are two mountains by the site of Machu Picchu, called Machu Picchu Mountain and Huayna Picchu Mountain.  

Huayna Picchu is the mountain that you see in most pictures of Machu Picchu.  It is located on the other side of the valley opposite Machu Picchu.  Machu Picchu means ”old peak” in Quechua and Huayna Picchu means ”young peak”. We offer tours that allow you to see these mountains, and of course the Machu Picchu itself.
