ITINERARY:
Day 01: Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – 30 min flight, 3–4 hrs walk
Scenic flight from Kathmandu or Ramechhap to Lukla. Begin your trek through forests and small Sherpa villages to reach Phakding.
Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 6–7 hrs
Follow the Dudh Koshi River, cross suspension bridges, and ascend gradually to the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche.
Day 03: Acclimatization Day in Namche
Short hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung village. Enjoy panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
Day 04: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) – 5–6 hrs
Hike through rhododendron forests with stunning mountain views. Visit Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu.
Day 05: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m) – 5–6 hrs
Descend to Debuche, cross the Imja Khola, and ascend gradually to the windswept village of Dingboche.
Day 06: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
