Mt. Pumori is very close to Kalapatthar hill station. Kalapatthar is a vantage viewpoint, from where you can see the nearest view of Everest and 360 degrees mountain views. It takes 2 hour hike from Gorakshep, where you spend a night after visiting the base camp, while you are on the Everest base camp trek. The Everest high passes and Cho La pass trekkers also have an opportunity to visit this amazing place.
