One of the world's coolest Carnival celebrations was back this year, but due to COVID, parades and parties were still off the menu in favor of shows and competitions. So here's a throwback look at one of the gorgeous costumes in parades past, this one a peacock boy in the Junior Parade of 2015. But no doubt Carnival will be back in full and glorious swing in 2023!
