The rhododendron is the national flower of Nepal. They are blooming in the Nepalese Himalayas now in the spring. You can see colorful forests and bright mountain views if you trek to Poon Hill, Mardi Himal, Annapurna Base Camp, Short ABC, Annapurna Circuit, Annapurna Circuit with Tilicho Lake, Langtang Valley, Langtang Gosaikunda, Gosaikunda Lake, Tamang Heritage, Kanchenjunga Circuit, Everest Region, and other Himalayan destinations in Nepal. You can also see them nicely blooming while on a day hike around Kathmandu Valley.
