This is the ''Common'' area of the House,the Lounge,The owner's kitchen.( shared with Guests).and Dining area.There is a Guest Refrigerator.The potbelly Fire place is in this room.This room has wonderful views of the Beach,Ocean, Farmland and the Aorangi Mountains .Breakfast ingredients are provided here at Palliser Bay B & B. www.palliserbaybb.co.nz
