Horse riding to Everest Base Camp

If you get tired at the last place (Gorakshep) during the Everest Base Camp Trek and think you are not able to hike to the base camp, you can ride a horse, but be sure if you are suffering from altitude sickness. If it is altitude sickness, you better descend as soon as possible or fly out to Kathmandu on a helicopter.
