Flowering Jasmine Tea Ball 大茉莉

We visited an old tea house inside the Temple of Heaven in Beijing. The blooming flower in the glass is Jasmine. It comes in dried up little balls and opens up when soaked in hot water, resulting in a big cup of delicious Jasmine tea!
