Day 1: Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840m), trek to Phakding (2,610m) – 4 hrs

Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 6 hrs, passing suspension bridges & pine forests

Day 3: Acclimatization and short hike to Everest View Hotel & nearby viewpoints, return to Namche Bazaar – 4-5 hrs

Day 4: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) – 5 hrs, visit Tengboche Monastery and enjoy Ama Dablam views

Day 5: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m) – 6 hrs, passing Pangboche village and open valley landscapes

Day 6: Acclimatization hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley, return to Dingboche – 4-5 hrs

Day 7: Trek to Lobuche (4,910m) – 6 hrs, walk near Khumbu Glacier and memorial sites
