Durmitor National Park is registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List.This natural oasis is rich in flora and fauna -there are 1,600 different kinds of plants and a rich animal life.A special phenomenon is the Ice Cave, which contains stalactites and stalagmites all year round. During the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing or rafting, and during the winter, skiing.The highest town in the Balkans is located 1,456 meters above sea level – Žabljak. It is surrounded by 23 majestic mountain peaks.
