Located on Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach and inaugurated in 2007-08, this 650-acre dining, shopping, and entertainment complex (which bills itself as a "town") includes more than a dozen cafés, eateries, and bars, as well as a 75-foot, underwater-themed observation tower, fitness facilities, water sports operators, a seven-screen cineplex, and a weekly Farmers and Artisans Market.
