Though it was wrecked six years ago by Hurricane Irma, Bitter End rebuilt on the North Sound of Virgin Gorda island, while still preserving the old-Caribbean feel that has been endearing it not just to yachties but also couples, families, and other loyal clientele since 1969. I visited here a few years ago and really enjoyed the water sports and the laid-back vibe. And now apparently they've added overwater bungalows - the first in the BVI!
