Nyatapola Temple is a famous five-story pagoda in Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Built in the 18th century, it is the tallest temple in the Kathmandu Valley. The temple is dedicated to the goddess Siddhi Lakshmi and is known for its beautiful carvings and strong wooden columns.
To reach the temple, you climb a steep set of stairs with statues of animals like lions and elephants on either side. These statues are meant to protect the temple. Once you reach the top, you can enjoy a great view of Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
