  I was sent an e-mail from the administrator.
  
  2. What urged you to sign up?
  To expand my network and hook up with those who are in my network on other social network sites.
  
  3. What do you hope to get from the site?
  Meet more travel professionals, learn new technology, get more jobs and travel more.
  
  4. What do you plan to use the site for?
  Networking and showcasing my work on Men's Traveler its companion blog and on my Examiner channel.

  Easy to use and organized.

  Do you know of GlobalGayz.com's connection to GoNomad?
  
  Max connected me with Richard. I've known Max for twenty years almost.
  
  We just joined the site because of an email solicitation.
  
  We know pretty much nothing else about it, but it seemed like a good topical networking site, so we joined.

  To get the most out of the site, you may want to take a few minutes to join several of our many groups which you might find of particular interest, such as Media Only, Italy, Eating/Drinking the World, and various others covering many topics and most destinations throughout the world.
  
  FYI, on your profile you'll see a blue bar marked "Text Box," which you can turn into a box containing not just text but also photos and even videos about yourself and your writing.
