Jennfer, when was the last time your CEO read a news paper? Where did he first hear about Hurricane Irene? The Majority looks for online information before buying any new pricey purchase. People not only look for the experts reviews, but thanks to social media, we also look for opinions of current users. Before I buy a Mantis, I will get on the internet and look for information. You better be there, or I'll get my info from a non authority or your competitor.
