Zanzibar´s evocative capital Stone Town

Considered to the last functioning ancient city in East Africa, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is full of culture and whitewashed buildings, vibrant markets, historic sites, and exotic restaurants (there's even one called Mercury’s which pays tribute to the 80s rock star Freddy Mercury).
