Founded in the 13th century, this fishing village of around 5,000 about an hour west of Oviedo and Gijón - and also known as Cudiéu in the Asturian language - is considered one of Spain´s prettiest, and is a popular spot for tourists and well as weekenders from Asturias´ cities (hard to find parking on a summer weekend!).
