The traditional gateway to Sundari Chok features three magnificent statues of Hanuman (barely recognizable beneath layers of orange paint), Ganesh, and Vishnu as Narsingha, the man-lion, tearing out the entrails of a demon. You reach Sundari Chok to see the beautiful royal bath after visiting Mul Chok (Animal sacrifice in Dashain festival) during the Kathmandu day tour and Bhaktapur Patan day tour.
