The cinematic wonders of Utah´s Zion National Park

Just under an hour from the city of St. George, this 229,000-sq-mi. park is known for its towering red rock cliffs, emerald pools, and cascading waterfalls. As a traveller, you can embark on the iconic Angels Landing Trail, a thrilling hike that rewards you with panoramic views of the park. If you're seeking a more immersive experience, venture into Virgin River Narrows (above), a "slot canyon" just 20 to 30 feet wide in some places, where you can wade through the Virgin River, surrounded by towering walls of red rock, towering some 2,000 feet above you. And don't miss the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, a picturesque road that showcases the park's natural wonders.
