King Hussein, the father of the current monarch who reigned from 1952 till his death in 1999, was famed for among other things being a prolific collector of classic cars, and this 23-year-old museum showcases 80 of them, dating back to 1916, as well as other curiosities including a Mars rover used in the film The Martian, shot in Wadi Rum in 2015; a James Bond underwater BMW; a speeder from Star Wars; and a bike from th movie Tron.
