But apart from fabulous offerings for those interested in fashion, shopping, dining, nightlife, and culture (La Scala ring a bell?), Milan also harbors some impressive sites, like its fairytale Duomo (cathedral), some of Italy's most important museums, and seminal artworks such as Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper. The greater Lombardy region, meanwhile, offers lovely smaller cities like Mantua, Brescia, and Bergamo, not to mention a spectacular lake district (Como, Garda, Maggiore).
