Built in French colonial style in 1851, this was the famed author's residence in the 1930s and where he wrote works including To Have and Have Not, Islands in the Stream, and "The Snows of Kilimanjaro." It's now Key West's most popular tourist attraction. And that cat? It's also famous for its dozens of felines, most notably the polydactyl ones (with six toes on each paw).
