At one of the island’s favorite local eating places. Don’t expect fancy surroundings, foie gras, or tuna tartare here, but do expect the essence of West Indian cooking, which owner/chef Karen Belle learned from her mother and grandmother: Creole fish, honey mustard ribs, baked chicken wings, stewed oxtail, and Karen´s own recipe for rum punch will almost certainly be on the menu - and all delicious!
