A Curaçao culinary classic: Keshi yena!

A ball of Gouda or Edam cheese stuffed with meat and baked (originating in colonial days when slaves would stuff leftover cheese rinds), this is a glob of gooey goodness I always look forward to when visiting the island (as well as neighboring Aruba)!
