On our visit to Berlin last year we just had to take a selfie in front of one of Germany´s best known landmarks, a neoclassical monument built in the early 1790s on the site of a onetime city gate that marked the start of a road between Berlin and the town of Brandenburg an der Havel, the onetime capital of principality of Brandenburg and the kingdom of Prussia.
