The National Museum of Papua New Guinea

Established in the late 1950s, the Papua New Guinea National Museum and Art Gallery (NMAG) in capital Port Moresby is a great way to get an overview of the country's culture, peoples, and art. Its collections include more than 50,000 objects relating to body adornment, music, navigation, and other traditions, as well as a diverse range of art from traditional to modern.
