  I'm an adventure travel writer and I'm putting together a trip to Catalina Island, CA where we'll be kayaking from Two Harbors to Avalon in one weekend. We'll spend the night at Cabrillo boat in camping. We'll kayak 12 miles (6.5 nautical miles each day) with the wind and the surf.
  
  I do not make money from the trip but I organize so I can write articles about them. As a result, I'm able to get group deals and always pass on the savings to participants.

  Just took a hike up the mountain near Cape Town - awesome views over the Pennisula. Did some rock scrambling whilst up there. Off to the Kalahari tomorrow morning early for 10 days...
