Happy Trails!

As you've probably figured out by the lack of posts here, we've retired from accessible travel blogging. However, we will still maintain the list of Northern California wheelchair accessible trails and there's still a ton of content on our site that will stay as an archive. It's been fun and rewarding. We'll still be traveling but will no longer be posting about our travels.Happy Accessible Trails to you all!www.musickchannel.com

  • Our followers at The World on Wheels have asked me "why don't you go to Orlando and do a story on Disneyworld?" Actually, we did go but it's been so thoroughly covered by others I didn't see the use. We did, however, do a story on a day trip over to Kennedy Space Center: http://tinyurl.com/ygf3s66

  • At The World on Wheels, our southwest adventure continues. Not all of Arizona is desert. The pretty little mountain town we visit today was the filming location of such films as How the West Was Won, Billy Jack, Bless the Beasts and the Children, and Junior Bonner. It's got great and colorful western history and is home to Barry Goldwater's favorite bar. Come on along to Prescott, Arizona: http://tinyurl.com/2apgp87PrescottAZ.jpg?width=300

  • Continuing our trek across the American Southwest today at The World on Wheels, we hop across the border to snowbird medical mecca, Los Algodones in Mexico, where there are more dentists and opticians per capita than anyplace I know: http://tinyurl.com/28j98zp

  • We start out across the great American Southwest today at The World on Wheels. Our first stop is the great desert of Anza Borrego, along with side trips to the little mountain town of Julian, and the bleak wasteland of the Salton Sea: http://tinyurl.com/37h8p3m
