The 'Oldest House' museum of Key West, Florida

On Duval Street and built in 1829 by one of the many ship captains who shaped life in Key West in the 19th century, this charming clapboard affair is now a museum open to the public - at no charge - and  offers an interesting window back into a time when this city was turning itself into Florida's most dynamic.
