Beaches is the ultimate all inclusive family vacation resort. Voted World's Best 10 Yrs In a Row! This All-Inclusive resort is set on the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. The resort is located on twenty acres of some of the most amazing property in Negril with tropical gardens and in my opinion the widest stretch of Negrils famed 7-mile beach. Beaches Negril is truly a resort in paradise. With something for everyone in the family, this resort is a must see for families, couples, singles and a very romantic location for a destination wedding.
This ultimate all-inclusive resort is designed for everyone to enjoy and offers everything from a supervised Kids Kamp with Xbox Game Oasis to true beach- front rooms and luxurious ocean-view suites. Offers a European Spa and Waterpark. Designed for singles, couples, and families. With 20-acresome beautiful fragrant tropical gardens when you walk the resort the smell of jasmine is all around. It’s very well maintained.
Day 1
Upon arrival-from the minutes we arrived in the MBJ airport,we felt special. Beaches & Sandals share a lounge at the airport where you will wait for your shuttle (refreshments are waiting). We were told in 20 mins the shuttle/van would be there however just as soon as we walked into the lounge there was an announcement calling us. Maybe a 5 minute wait! This was a great way to start our vacation. The ride was approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Our driver offered a stop however, we opted to get right to the resort.
Upon arrival we were met by the always charming Courtney (bellman) who seated us in a beautiful waiting area and served us Rum punch (or Non Rum punch-whatever your wish).
We were wisked to the concierge lounge to see Lucine our concierge. With Concierge and Butler Suites you have a private check-in area, again with refreshments if you wish. These ladies and the Butlers (for you Butler Suite stayers) will make your stay so much easier. They do so many things for you! If you need something just ask. Reservation for dinner are made here as well.
That afternoon we walked around the resort. Met some very nice people and just relaxed.
See Dane (X for short) or Big Dave on the beach for parasailing or jetskiing. (beach vendors not associated with Beaches Resort-FYI) TELL THEM MICHELLE SAYS HELLO!
If you are considering diving, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling or a leisurely glass bottom boat ride see Carlington & Lucien in the watersports area. Super nice and friendly, they will set you up with everything and anything you need in the watersports activity area...
That eve was the Sesame street show at 7pm in the BIG TOP. It was well attended by adults and kids alike....
8pm-Shyam Moses in Aquaduct area just off the lobby- amazing as usual.love love love him...buy his cd-www.shyammoses.com..He is an amazing artist and truly will be someone not to miss.
That evening we dined at Kimonos Restaurant for dinner - with Zeico as our Chef- Excellent appetizers tuna sushi,(small servings) but dinner was super good. We would definitely go back again.

DAY2-slept in till8am
Breakfast @ the Mill restaurant -excellent buffet although no smoked salmon today L
Bartenders really are excited to serve you at Beaches. My daughters FAV were the colorful & very tasty Miami vice drinks.
We visited the water park today and enjoyed the pool, lazy river and the waterslides today. Just a relaxing day.
For lunch I was on a quest for Jerk chicken. FEELIN HOT! HOT! HOT! An excellent choice @ the Tex-Mex Arizona Restaurant..(Go see Arica and tell her MICHELLE says hello! )
THURSDAY NIGHT – Sesame Street parade & Beach Party – a ton of fun for adults & kids. Great food & Great fun for all.
Day3-
Breakfast-again @ The Mill Restaurant. A nice choices for all ages. If you are a repeat guest at this resort don't be surprised if the employees call you by name. They don't forget faces and I'm so impressed that many of them even remember names.
Drinks @ the Main Pool Bar with Opal, Clintest and Marlon at your service. They are there to please!...Again great bartenders with SMILES.
Beachtime today and and afternoon adventure on the water with the Glass Bottom boat. A fun ride & very informative about the reefs and fish in general...Free for guests just sign up early at the watersports building. I believe you can sign up as early as 8am.
Lunch at Arizona again/fresh Fish sandwich. Burger & french fries for Liz.
This restaurant has many options for everyones tastebuds. EXCELLENT FOOD!
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT - the Chocolate party. All I can say is YUM!
Dinner was in the Mill tonight – Buffet set up every night. We had some of the BEST Lobster bisque.
Again –Excellent entertainment under the BIG TOP and Karoeke following. The singers in the crowd were, well some good and some BAD!....A FUN night had by all
DAY 4
A bit of a different day. My daughter got sick. Most of the day was spent in the room....
The hotel was great. Anything we needed we got.
The Nurse called a few times. I visited her office and that evening she even came to the room to check on my daughter. Very caring and very thoughtful.
Also, twice the management staff called throughtout the day asking if there was ANYTHING WE NEEDED. ANYTHING. – to just call.
All of the staff was wonderful. I went down and ordered food @ Arizona for myself and they offered to deliver it to the room, GRACIOUSLY
THE staff @ Beaches shud be commended for there attentiveness, politeness, and for being as Lizzie says-THE HAPPIEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET!! Wow-

Beach/garden/ocean-view suite with either a patio or balcony located on the 1st – 3rd floors of the Santa Cruz, Savannah and Montpelier buildings. These suites have two bedrooms all connected to a large living room area. Bedding consists of 1 King bed, 2 double beds, 2 double pull-out sofas and 1 single pull-out sofa. 3 full bathrooms with shower and tub.
